Q: I haven't worked out in years what can I expect on my first day?

A:
New members who have not worked out before and/or those who want a low impact workout can modify the group exercise to their specific needs with the help of the instructor.

Q: Should I bring anything to my workout?

A:
Please make sure to bring your Registration Form and Waiver available on the Registration page to your first day of class. 

You should also bring a bottle of water and gloves (weightlifting) to protect your hands.

 

Q: Do we workout when it is raining? 

A: Yes! If it is raining we will meet at Fonde Center and then go over to the covered Pavilion across from the Fonde Center above the Cistern. There is parking next to the Pavilion.
