SWATPT is open to everyone!
We'll take the seasoned athlete as well as the person who hasn't exercised in years.
We meet 3 times a week from 5:30 am to 6:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Your fitness level at the beginning of this program is not as important as your willingness to make a change for the better.
SWATPT is not about humiliation. We offer encouragement, motivation, camaraderie, and friendship.
You are going to be pushed to your limits and beyond. Don't worry, you are not alone. Everyone sweats together including the instructors.
We won't ask you to do anything we aren't willing to do ourselves.
